Squat Challenge (DAY 7)

I did 80 squats today. I separated them into 5 sets of 16 squats. It's been one week since I started the challenge and I'm still motivated!

Between each set, I did the Arms on Fire POP Pilates workout and some glute exercises. I don't plan on working on my arms much, only to gain more strength.

Ever since I've discovered Blogilates, I love doing pilates. They are so simple yet so exhausting!
I'm really glad my parents are athletic (especially my mom). They are both runners so they have a lot of protein and energy bars/snacks.


I'm eating the protein recovery crisps as I type up this entry lol. They're goood (but really expensive :c)
