arms, chest, shoulders, abs,

I worked out my upper body today. I really hate doing arms because I have almost no strength :(




chest press (20 lbs)                                      inclined chest press (25 lbs)


                                        shoulder press (10 lbs)




lateral raises (15 lbs)                                 triceps push down (20 lbs)

I concluded the workout with ab exercises. I did inclined crunches, russian twists (with two pound weights) and leg raises.

I really need to start doing more cardio. Today was the pacer test at school and I only did 18 laps. I SUK :C
