I mostly did chest presses but I also did arm and ab exercises.
I worked out my triceps and biceps which were fairly simple but I had a hard time doing abs. They cramp up every time I lay back. It even hurts while doing leg raises :C
It has been almost a month since I've worked out and I've lost five pounds! I'm actually trying to gain weight but as long as I'm becoming more fit it's all good~
Current Weight: 115 lbs | Goal weight: 130 lbs
