Lats & bicep exercises today:

  • dumbbell rows (10 lbs)
  • lat pulldowns (40 lbs) 
  • high rows (35 lbs) 
  • leverage iso rows (20 lbs) 
  • bicep curls
I did more exercises but I forgot I'm just so tired. I have absolutely no strength in my upper body.
Salmon w/ avocado and celery bagel sandwich and veggie fries!

Delicious and also healthy, salmon is a good source of protein. 







I didn't feel like working out today. I had only four hours of sleep and mann I just wasn't in the mood...

so yeah..shitty blog entry
