Sweaty backs and long walks

I went to the city with Sam and her friend, Vlad. We meet at 23rd st and we walked on the Highline. It's my second time going up there, it was pretty cool ☺

We walked from 23rd st, walked to the end of the Highline, to Soho, then all the way to Chinatown! omg D: So much walking! My back had sweat stains on my dress! lol so embarrassing.

While we were at the West Village, there were a lot of stores that sold such expensive clothing but no one even goes there! It's like a place for hipsters lmao

I got a pair of free panties at Victoria's Secret - it's white laced! I love cute things like lace panties lol c: I also got a halter top from Brandy Melville.

We wanted to go to the Cat Cafe but turns out it was just a temporary project since when we got to the address, it was a garage clothing store lol!

So we just had riceballs at Yaya and then we called it a day :b

Fitness update!

I stayed home all week so I spent my time doing pilates and working on my abs. I can finally somewhat see the line down the middle of my stomach, so happy! I need to buy some booty shorts ;3;

My room is quite a mess. I love this mirror but I can't stand the background :(

I haven't been to the gym for two weeks. I think my butt shrank from lack of exercise and not eating properly. I'm going to the gym tomorrow but I just sprained my ankle an hour ago. 

Stupid toilet seat. The lid was dislodged when I closed it so it was wobbly. After I showered, I put my leg on the toilet lid to apply lotion and the lid moved along with my leg. My ankle went in an awkward position and now it hurts ughhha hdjkaldh!!11!

Got my hair did ☺

I've never went this red or this light before! I also have dark brown highlights to bring out the hue. It's a light auburn color with gold tones.

I've previously dyed my hair at home twice before but the color barely showed. I did it myself the first time and due to my inexperience the color only stayed at the roots of my hair! Sam helped me the second time (ily) but the color did not show that much since my hair is naturally very dark.

At the hair salon, my hair was colored twice which is why it finally looks a lot lighter. I also had my hair curled with a blow dryer; I feel like a princess lmao. My hair looks so good but I have nowhere to go tomorrow :(

Although I lived in NYC all my life, this is the first time at the Statue of Liberty. I went with Colin's step-brothers, sister and his dad. It was a very hot day and the place was crowded with people (mostly tourists I bet!)

Waiting for his dad to buy tickets! The line was so long, it literally wrapped around the entire park.

Kyon creeping on me. I thought he was shy at first but he really isn't. He gets lost all the time too! We nearly lost him at the park.

 I've never seen it this close before. There were so many people near it that it was difficult to snap a good picture BUT I DID ^

We had our faces drawn by some person. It took so long. I thought it was a caricature that would take two minutes but it took probably 30 minutes. And that doesn't even look like Colin! He looked white lol. I had to go home and revise it. Colin says he looks Mexican now lmao :(

After the trip, we went to Queens to see Colin's relatives. They were all very nice although I was a bit awkward since I'm not used to being introduced to a big group of people. I'm glad I met them though! Now, I just got to introduce him to my relatives.

Hurricane Harbor w da bae

Colin and I have been working out a lot lately for this day! We planned to go to the waterpark since it's getting pretty hot.

We took the NJ Transit bus from Port Authority and the shuttle bus there. It's so convenient!

We're not allowed to bring food/drinks but we managed (well I managed since I was the one doing the smuggling lol) to sneak in four snack bars and a bag of sour patch lol!

We went on every waterslide except for the flying carpet and the wave pool because the park was going to close :c There are only nine slides though. I really wanted to go to the wave pool though /cries

I have never went on the slides with no tube in my entire life and this is the first time.

Colin made me go to the green one first omg...I screamed so loud LOL and my right contact fell out due to the impact of the water.

This is actually one of my favorite rides. You go down a slide and there's a drop and after that you travel down a funnel.

I love rides like these, it's like I'm being flushed down a toilet lololol

In this ride, two people could go at the same time so Colin and I raced. It's like there are two slides so it's not like we'll bump to each other.

After that you drop into the head of the cobra and you just slide (kinda like the swinging ship ride).

I also liked the Lazy River. Colin and I just chilled on the double tube; it was very relaxing other than the crazy kids ☺

We kinda felt like crap after eating the park's food. We think they put something in the food that makes people become full easily. Colin ate like half a pizza and he got full already. After I ate, I felt so full and bloated. There were many times I thought I was going to throw up on the rides :c

The park closed at 7pm which was really early but we just took the bus back and got back to NYC at 9pm so maybe it was a good idea to leave that early.

Taking pics with him is like taking pics with a toddler: never stays still and always makes faces =p=;;

Since we were both tired and it was getting late, Colin asked to sleep over at his house. My mom didn't let which pissed me off because I really wanted to go (I brought my glasses too so it was perfect).

Anyway, I got a nice tan and a bug bite but the day was pretty fun! ♥
