3 month transformation

Hamstrings, glutes and abs are now visible. I need a lot more work on all parts but I'm finally getting somewhere! ;u;

I bought these pants two years ago. They used to be pretty loose at the thighs but now they are tight as shown in the pic!

I still need to wear a belt because there is space at my hips since my waist is small.

I've added adductors and abductors to my leg day routine. Also, I'll be working out legs twice a week: one day for strength and the other to build muscle.
My obliques show but my abs have still yet to appear. Imma start cutting tomorrow so I will be in a calorie deficit instead of a calorie surplus.

I'm kinda excited but at the same time anxious since I'll be slightly thinner and I would lose strength :c

I can't wait to post more progress pics. I've accumulated a lot of before pictures when I was extremely thin. Here is one:
This was from around 2010 I think. I was underweight; I still am but I've gained a lot of weight since then. I didn't reach 100lbs until I've entered high school. And the heaviest I weighed was 120.lbs. I am currently 118lbs which could be better but it's extremely hard for me to gain weight since I have fast metabolism sighh

Anyway, I'll update my progress in a month or so. Byee-nii~

♣:- [Review] Beautiful iPhone Case from LilyDN -:♣

(COUPON CODES BELOW!)
Hey everyone! I will review this lovely iPhone case from LilyDN. She makes polymer clay charms and very customizable cases since she is a sculptor. This is the package I've received.

The package comes with a cute note, a care guide and a bunch of goodies!
image
The case is exactly how I wanted. I requested for kittens, bunnies and cute deco and this is the result. Everything is carefully assembled and the pieces were simply adorable. They are glued on tightly so there is no worry of them falling apart easily.

Talking to Lily was absolutely pleasant. Everything was straight to the point and she replies as soon as possible. She tells you when she ships out your order and gives you a tracking number which I thought was highly organized and professional.
image
I recommend everyone to visit her shop and her art blog; you can view her works there. She is very skilled and her work is amazing!

[Canada] DAY 4: Last day...finally

I woke up in a terrible mood. Everyone was to wake up at 5am meaning I (along with most of us) had only two hours of sleep. And I was in the worst state ever; I even had a headache. Mann why did we drink so late at night? (lol jk it was fun)

The last place we went to was a hiking trip to a forest in Albany.

After an hour of hiking, we went to a buffet for lunch. It felt great to sit down and just eat since we barely had breakfast. It was around 4pm and we were almost back to NYC.

When suddenly our bus broke down...

Like are you fucking kidding me. Apparently one of the screws in the engine broke and without it the bus cannot move. The driver called the mechanics and he took two hours to arrive. The mechanic took the parts and took it back cus he said he'll bring another part back to us.

...three hours passed and he hasn't come back. Our driver called the company and they didn't pick up. We assume that sick fuck just stole the parts and dipped.

After being stuck in the middle of nowhere (well there was an inn and diner so it wasn't that bad), another bus came as a replacement. However, our awesome driver couldn't be with us for the rest of the ride so another driver drove us back instead.

In the end, we got back around 9 and I got home at 10pm. My phone was at 11%, it was 20 degrees (I thought it would be warmer in NY), and I am on the Q train with my big suitcase with these strange men staring at me.

-__-

Anyway, I was tired and moody. My mom picked me up and bought pho for me so that made me better c: ♥

[Canada] DAY 3: Lovely day, crazy night

Parliament

Strange water fountain; there is a flame on top. How does that work?

Montreal Olympic Stadium

Montreal Biodome

This was my favorite part of the tour. It is a large building that holds four different ecosystems such as a rainforest from South America and a forest from North America. It feels like we are really there since the climate matches the setting.
omg my glutes are finally showing :')
omg my hamstrings are finally showing :')

Vietnam Town

Their pho tastes different than the ones in the US. It was delicious. We spent ten minutes walking up and down the streets, jay walking, crossing the street and back, deciding what to eat. In the end, out of the Chinese, Japanese, and fast foods restaurant. We chose to eat Viet food (we also spent another five minutes deciding which Vietnamese restaurant to go to ashdjk).

After a long day, we got back to the hotel. Since, Canada's drinking age is 18 we bought some drinks. I went with a few people to the mart to get them. We wanted to take the shuttle van there but it strictly only goes to the airport.

The driver was lenient though. Although she could've gotten into trouble, she dropped us off at the mart and gave us five minutes to grab the drinks and go. It was exhilarating but I hated the rush. Here we are, going to a stranger's van, and leaving to buy drinks, while the driver could have just left without us.

But she waited and we rushed back to the hotel. She's awesome though. Her life was cool and while she was telling us about her, she was smoking rum-flavored hookhah (there is rum flavored hookhah??). The driver dropped us off at the back door and we snuck back in the hotel. Crazy mann. We paid her extra ofc.

I slept at 3am even though we were supposed to wake up at 5am. The next morning was terribly shitty.

[Canada] DAY 2: Chinatown

We finally had our dinner at a chinese restaurant. It's so nice eating your own ethnic foods after a long time lol

The place feels like 8ave or Chinatown. It was like we were back in NYC :')
I love the food that was prepared for us! Peking duck (my favorite), eggplant, crab, bok choi, white chicken w/ ginger sauce and more. We were also served soup and a huge tub of rice.

Mad carbs lmao. I have never seen rice in such a large container.

We had sweet tofu pudding for dessert. It was delicious. What I love most is that there is wifi! I've noticed that there are many places with wifi. Rarely do chinese restaurants have wifi lol

Look at this fancy dollar mart; it looks mad big inside. There are bright lights and you can go downstairs. I wonder how big the store is lol

[Canada] DAY 2: CN Tower

Today's main attraction is the CN Tower which is the third tallest towers of the world. It stands 1,815' (553m).

holy shit lmao

Because the weather is so gloomy, the city does as well. There are several condos there and they cost at least three million dollars!

The CN Tower is also the first architectural building to have a glass floor. It was a weird feeling stepping on the glass at first lol

the helicopter was the only thing that stood out in the landscape of gray

replica in the gift shop!
