Happy Anniversary~!

March 29 is actually our anniversary day but Colin had class for most of the day and it would be better if we celebrated the day after where we can have the whole day to ourselves (also I was really tired that day from the workout the day before so I'd rather stay home).

We went to the gym and did legs. I love leg day and was super excited from it but my nosebleed in the gym locker room killed my whole workout. Although my nose bled for only a few minutes, I felt so fatigued and tired. I was scared to push myself too hard in case my nose started to bleed again u__u;;

Anyway, we were at the gym for almost four hours. I was not as proud of yesterday's workout because I didn't add more weights, or rather I couldn't. I felt so weak yesterday :c

After the gym we went to have sushi buffet at a new restaurant called BK Sushi. It began to pour heavily while we were on the bus.

The food was delicious. I ordered my favorite sushi as well as other rolls with weird names. The roll at the bottom pic was called "Playboy roll" and I didn't know why until Colin pointed out the sauce looked like semen lol! And the green roll behind it is called "QQ Eel Roll" because the eel is wrapped around cu-cucumbers haha get it? *laughs*

I tried so many rolls for the first time (Crazy lobster roll, Playboll roll, Spicy crab meat roll, QQ Eel Roll... basically almost all the ones we ordered).

We actually stayed for two hours and when we left it was super cold and windy. It was a great meal though!

I worked out shoulders, biceps, abs, and traps today. I never worked out traps before (I didn't even know such thing existed lol). But anyway, I'm EXHAUSTED and hungry

I'm trying to gain weight and I discovered this app called "Mynetdiary" which keeps track of your daily calorie intake. Just plug in what you ate for the day and the app will calculate your day nutrition. 


This is great if you want to gain/lose weight. I’m proud of how many calories I eat a day (it’s the amount I need for my calorie surplus) but disappointed of how little protein I consume :c

Why must mondays be chest day...

The gym was pretty crowded...well actually it wasn't as bad as last Monday. It was still crowded enough for me to feel intimidated though :c

I did the same chest workouts as usual except this time I used a different machine for shoulder presses. I also did a new exercise, seated-dips, an exercise which works out your triceps.

Lunch time! My stomach wouldn't stop growling when I got home.

This was not filling enough for I finished it quickly in minutes.

I had a ham and egg w/ peanut butter sandwich afterwards.It's a great source of protein!

An egg has 6g of protein, a slice of ham has around 5g and two tsp of peanut butter has 7g.


My legs are super tired from yesterday's leg day and my back hurts from deadlifting. I just wanna sleep mann

It's been almost two months since I began working out. Leg day today!! I worked extra hard esp. on my butt cus its booty game is too weak much like my eyebrows and my grades! 

My man says my muscles are slowly forming especially my quads although they're not defined. It's better when someone else takes note of my gains in case my eyes are fooling me haha

Gonna start bulking (5%) because I'm still too small. I need to consume at least 1900 calories which is not that much because I eat a lot lately and still get hungry.

I'm surprised we finished the meal without getting too full. Normally we would be too stuffed to finish the plate. Nonetheless, the food was delicious.

Finally chilled with my homegurl today!

It took about an hour to get to the city. No Q train, no N train- we realized by the time we go to those train stations and so much time was wasted transferring :c


At least the weather was nice lmao (a bit windy though)







We went to Yaya to have try their rice balls. The drinks have such strange names!

So I ended up getting a Boyfriend and a salmon rice ball. Very yummy~

We went to Elizabeth Center afterwards.  

There are stores that sell cute things like food key chains and jewelry. However, many are closing down because people just look and not buy their merchandise :c (like me).

I wanted to get anime posters at this anime store but it closed u__u







We shopped around at 34th street after that. I went to my first LUSH store. Also, I went to the biggest and most beautiful Victoria's Secret store ever! It was three stores and the underwears are soo cute! I bought new thongs too ^u^

We wanted to eat at Spot Dessert Bar afterwards but we couldn't find it. We see it on the iPhone map but not the store. We realized we gotta go to this building to take the elevator upstairs only labeled as "Food Gallery" -_-
Buy two desserts and get the third one half off!


 Chocolate green tea lava: warm soft dark chocolate cake, green tea ganache, green tea ice cream, walnut soil

This was my favorite dessert. The melting chocolate is hot and dipping it with green tea ice cream is bliss on your taste buds~

Yuzu Eskimo- frozen japanese citrus cream bar, fresh strawberries and chocolate pearls
(RATE: 7/10)

The cream bars were a bit sour but the strawberries were delicious when dipped with the raspberry cream and chocolate powder.

Kabocha brulee cake: warm japanese pumpkin cake, walnut soil, condensed milk with ice cream 
(RATE: 8/10)

This tasted pretty good too; the cake was steaming hot. Steam was literally visible when was cut with a fork. It tasted great with the ice cream~

I am sore as fuck today; I could barely walk :c

Yesterday, I was at the gym to work out legs for almost three hours which was a bit longer than I usually spend there. I did the same routine as usual except I also did standing calf-raises. 

I can finally do 110 lbs for seated calf-raises! Last week, I could only do up to 90 lbs :b

Also today, someone stole my sneakers. I opened my locker and there was only one shoe left. Sick prank bruh

I am growing increasingly tired as weeks go by. I'm really not a morning person and I can wake up at 5:30am every morning for only so long.

I worked out at the gym by myself for the first time. Today was leg day so I did the usual routine except I didn't do leg presses.

New sneakers! First pair of Nikes since 6th grade. 

I love them- they are super comfortable! ♥

At first it was a bit awkward working out alone. I felt like many people were staring at me. Also, I think I farted a bit (or a lot) while I was exercising LOL. idk if it was loud cus I was blasting music smfh

And when I was doing the butt blaster, I realized my bra was hanging out the entire time. No wonder this guy kept staring at me :(

I also did three sets of leg raises because I want to work out on my abs more. My abs are forming so I want to see results asap!

I concluded my workout with 15 minutes of cardio. For my fitnessgram in gym, I only ran 18 laps which was pathetic considering the passing score is 40 laps. Anyway, I had a pretty successful workout considering I did everything myself c:

I was satisfyingly tired and ridiculously hungry when I got home so I rewarded myself a delicious and healthy meal after my workout!


Fruit smoothie! Made of bananas, papayas, blueberries and strawberries


 A cup of smoothie can actually fill you up.

I'm eating healthier and paying more attention to my diet. I never knew it would be this important in order to make gains. I have to consume at least 1700 calories, 100g of protein, 90g of carbs, and 40g of fat daily. 

The tuna roll is a good source of protein and carbs ♪~


The packaged foods I only eat now are veggie fries and protein bars. Other than that, everything I consume are made by ingredients I recognize! Healthy food can be delicious.
