Officially one month since I began my fitness journey!

Leg day!
  • Leg presses (45 lbs on each side)
  • Lunges w/ 10 lb weights
  • Seated leg curls (70 lbs)
  • Leg extensions (55 lbs)
  • Butt blaster (20 lbs)
  • Calf raises (started with 40 then 90 lbs)
I nearly fell in the locker room because my legs gave out lol. I feel gr8 though!

Hungry af but I'm too lazy and tired to cook so I'm drinking my protein shake and eating my protein bar (which tastes like shit). Why are most protein stuff chocolate?
