Spent the entire day at sea =w=)b

I mysteriously did not take a lot of pictures for this one. I nearly forgot what I did that day.

It was formal night so everyone was required to dress nicely ^0^)/

(My dress was so short that if I bend over, my undies would be seen D: I wore shorts underneath though! I wore red heels with it. I took this picture in flats because the heels were killing my feet :c)

I forgot to show you the butter. It’s so fancy! Looks like ice cream LOL

The food was delicious and photographers came around to take photos of us. He took so many and my mom bought all of them. $197 in pictures ;u;

I came back to my room to find my bed made, my room cleaned and also this:

I slept very late. The bed is very comfortable but I always have terrible sleep every night. The ship couldn’t stop rumbling and it’s making the furniture shake which makes even more noise =p=;;

Also, some people there are selfish bastards who love to whistle and run down the halls at 3am.  UGH. I always wake up grumpy :c

♠:- Cruisin~ [August 30,2012] -:♠

I have been thinking how to blog five days worth of vacation so I shall make one entry for each day. UGH SO UNORGANIZED AHJSDAKSJH

Anyway,

I went on the Carnival Glory to St. Johns, Canada from August 30 to Sept. 3 ^u^)/ ♪~

It was a long wait to get to the ship because of the passports and everything :C But I finally got our room; it is on the 8th floor and it is quite small LOL

(The bunk bed was pulled from the ceiling. Four beds in total such a small room.)

I finally found Sam and then we just explored the whole ship. We got lunch first and then we just walked around the ship. When it was dinnertime we changed into formal wear.

I thought we were supposed to dress formally every night but it wasn’t necessary for that day. 

Oh wells LOL *changes into formal wear*

(Fried shrimp with sweet and sour sauce, Vanilla creme brulee and my favorite: warm melting chocolate cake! It is a bowl of dark chocolate, break open the crust and the bottom is melted chocolate. Tastes delicious with vanilla ice cream ^u^)

During dessert, the waiters performed for us. They danced and sang. It was rather entertaining ^3^)/ Other people started to dance as well. It was so lively!

We watched a show afterwards. I don’t understand why the female dancers are half naked but the men are fully clothed =/ The show was okei lol

Well that was my first day on the cruise *w*

Today, Tommy and I went to the annual fair at 18Ave.

When we got to the fair, it was a bit empty since it just began. There were a lot of cool things to see though.

(Games, rides, and food. Everything is extremely expensive though :c)

Tommy played the game “Roll the Ball” or something. You have to play against other players and win.

AND GUESS WHO WON? ^w^

(I chose this adorable Hello Kitty as the prize. I (or Tommy rather) named it Bye Kitty LOL get it? *slaps knee*)

We were getting thirsty so we bought a drink from Starbucks using my gift card.

(Green tea frap with soy milk. My throat was itchy after drinking it for some reason :c)

This is the part when it ruined our day…

Some asshole cheated off Tommy’s money. It was so insulting and offensive. Fucking bastard I hope he gets attacked my rabid animals.Wanker. Ugh.

Be careful when you attend fairs -___-

Ugh anyway. Tommy tried to win a prize for his cousin though but he didn’t win unfortunately.

Afterwards, we ate dinner with Tommy’s parents and relatives. It was pretty fun. There were many foods I have never eaten or seen before. I ate it anyway (to leave a good impression LOL) but the food was delicious nonetheless :3

We went to Tommy’s grandma’s house to chill and I finally got home around 11pm. My mom was not happy LOL

Today I was supposed to do the Adventure Course again with my friend, Sam to do different activity than last week. However, by the time we got there, the courses started and it was too late to enter.

I was rather happy because I really did not want to go. My mom made me when I told her I didn’t want to go again -___- Ugh. It’s like I woke up early for no reason but I was at the park anyways…

(Pretty clouds on the way there. I just find clouds extremely fascinating.)

Since we are already there, we took a walk around the park. It is a big park with many nature trails so we just followed whatever path we took~

(Sam was wearing that attire because she thought she looked bad [who told her to play Plants vs. Zombies until 5am?!] I think she looks fine though ^u^)

We were walking until we couldn’t see any buildings. We were surrounded by trees. I feared that some psychotic man would come out from the trees and hack us into pieces o__o Dead serious like some bushes there are perfect to hide bodies LOL

(DUNDUNDUN…the start of our trail. It was a dirt path and we took that because it might lead to some place exciting but it just lead us back to where we started LOL)

We headed back (I wanted to because I was sick of the gnats and worried about a man that would hack us into pieces :c), sat on a bench and talked~

Afterwards, I went to eat shanghai food. It was quite a wait but the food was delicious!

Then, we went to the mall we went to last week. I wanted to buy some makeup from Target because ELF products are only sold there (their products are cheap but effective ^u^).

We went to Target and I bought new foundation and liquid eyeliner. Then we went to Marshalls because Sam wanted a denim vest. We ended up trying on heels there and not finding the vest.

UGH I FOUND THIS PERFECT PAIR OF HEELS. It was so comfortable that I could run in it. Sam and I (or mainly me) were squealing over our heels, dancing, and checking ourselves through the mirror. I think we were quite loud LOL

Then we went to Old Navy in search for Sam’s vest. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find it :C It was almost time to go so Sam and I ran up the escalators (I think we made a commotion there too LOL) to the next floor but we found out that it was just Target again *awkward*

After that, I went home and I am completely exhausted. =p=”

I’m going on a cruise this Thursday ^u^ I can’t wait to wear heels (main reason why I am excited lol)! There better be wifi on the ship…

♠:- August 24, 2012 -:♠

There was a shooting at midtown today. It was outside the Empire State building. A psychotic unemployed man went on a shooting rampage killing innocent people and leaving many injured. My mom works at Midtown and I am so thankful that she wasn’t hurt :c I saw the photographs and it was horrible. I can’t believe something like that happened in my city, that made me think for a really long time. :C

Anyway, that aside (I just had to get that off my chest). I went to a museum in Times Square. It was about the Terracotta Warriors in China. The exhibit was small but it was quite interesting ^u^ 

(A replica of the emperor’s palace. It has over 300 rooms which must be why it was rather difficult to kill the emperor.)

Afterwards, I went to my favorite store: FOREVER21 !! ♥♥

(Favorite F21 Store. It has four floors and has sooo many clothes to buy from!)

I got a sheer, pastel green tank with a peter pan collar. It’s soo cute I can’t wait to wear it ^u^

I went to Chinatown after that and had Japanese food for dinner.

(My dinner. It was expensive; like who charges spicy mayonnaise for a dollar :C)

The white bottle is hot sake. I tried it for the first time and OMGGG IT’S SO STRONG ;n; I barely took a sip and I got dizzy already! UGH.

For dinner, I had West Roll, Deep fried oysters, Shrimp tempura (Ebi-fry), Sunshine roll, Eel roll with avocado, and Salmon Roll.

Today was a pretty good day. I am very tired right now LOL To conclude this post, here’s a picture of me ^3^)/ ♪~

Today I decided to see Tommy. I went to his store around 2pm and chilled there for awhile. 

We went to Best Buy afterwards where he played video games. It was quite funny! Then, we went to see the ocean.

The bay has special meaning to me (or us but I think mostly me haha~) because this is the place where Tommy asked me to be his girlfriend. I like to visit it occasionally c:

We only stayed there for a couple of minutes. It was quite warm so we wanted someplace cool. We took the bus to Hi-Tea~

Tommy and I had a deep conversation about what was aggravating our relationship. 

Thinking about what we said today, I’ll try my best to change my views…maybe. I make things so complicated but I can’t help it. Maybe I am crazy lol

 It’s just that I don’t want to be betrayed and have our trust be broken. That’s why I have a hard time trusting people. I fucking hate getting hurt :c

But I digress…

I had a pretty good day anyway ♪~

♠:- August 19, 2012 -:♠ [PART 1]

Today I went to Queens for an Adventure Course activity. It is a challenge with high or low ropes that promote team building and problem solving skills. The activity I did today is a high rope and gurrl it’s pretty scary LOL

At first I didn’t want to go because I had to wake up at 6:45am. I dislike waking up early and doing anything that involves a lot of energy and today’s activities were both =p=”

(The sun just rose ^u^ A very pretty sight. Too bad the car was moving or I would have gotten a picture of the pretty lake glistening in the sun~)

I went with Sam, my mom, my mom’s friend and her niece, Yulia whom Sam and I befriended. It was quite fun ^u^

(The challenge: To climb the pole and walk on the cable using the ropes given to the next pole.)

(We got there like an hour early so we just played on the swings and the jungle gym LOL)

The event started and we were grouped with other people. Everyone was really nice and friendly ^u^ We did some “ice breaker” activities (which I dislike) and then we finally got on the challenge.

We put on our safety equipment. I forgot what it was called but it was extremely uncomfortable and tight :c Sam and Yulia were the first people to complete the challenge. I was too scared to even touch it ;n;

It was finally my turn T_T Sam and Yulia made me go LOL

(Putting the helmet on ;u; I was nervous already)

When I was trying to reach the second rope I fell but my safety rope caught me. I finally got hold of the next rope and everyone below me cheered ^0^)/ Times like this makes me thankful for having long arms so it was pretty easy to grab the ropes. 

(Yulia held my ladder and Sam took care of the rope. I had to climb the rest of the pole using metal handles on the pole afterwards ;u;)

When I climbed the pole, I realized how high up I was and freaked out a bit. There is a rope where you have to grab on to in order to inch your way across the cable. But then, the rope gets shorter and then it ends. You then have to reach for these other ropes hanging above you which is rather hard to reach :C

(I think I fell off the cable here. I was trying to get back on asdhakl)

But YEAHH I DID IT ^0^)/

I feel so accomplished! My legs felt like jello afterwards because I was actually really really scared lol. Everyone had their turn and we all cheered. Everyone was very encouraging towards one another~

It was a really fun experience ^u^`

♣:- August 19, 2012 -:♣ [Part 2]

After the activity, we went to Flushing to eat. I wasn’t that hungry; just exhausted. =p=”

(What a stupid driver. This is such a huge parking space -__- Took rather long to get our car parked since we had such little space ugh. I hope birds poop on that car.)

Queens was like another world to me. It didn’t seem like it was part of the city. There were so many airplanes since there’s an airport nearby. I’ve never seen an airplane hover so close to the ground. *0* I wish I could have taken a picture. I was the only one that seemed to freak out every time I saw an airplane LOL No one paid attention cus they were used to it :b

We went to a Chinese Cafe for lunch. The food was delicious but it was quite expensive.

(We ordered dim sum and other dishes as well but here re a few. Teriyaki salmon and spaghetti with minced meat and tomatoes! :9)

(Some of our drinks. My drink is the yellow one on the left. It is called “Love Me Tender" which is green tea, with orange juice, lemon juice, passion fruit juice and apple syrup mixed together =w=)b ohh babehh)

We ordered too much food and ended up being too full =p=” But anyway, we went to the mall after eating. Yulia had to leave sadly :C

The mall just opened less than a year ago but it is already filled with people. There weren’t many stores though.

(Never seen a mall with this many escalators; they took the place of stairs. I have only seen one staircase in this huge mall and it leads to the parking lot LOL)

Sam and I tried on heels in this shoe stores and we walked around in them as if we were runway models LOL

After that we went to Target (they have a Target in the mall LOL) and Sam bought makeup. We were extremely tired so my mom drove us home.

I got home around 4:30pm- pretty early but so many things have happened!

I took a nap and woke up the next morning. Fcking neighbors woke me up again with their yard construction -___- I hope animals poop on it or something.

Nonetheless, it was a fun day! ^u^
