Squat Challenge (DAY 5)

I am to do 70 squats today. I separated into three sets of 20 squats plus 10 more squats.


I hung out with Colin the whole day and I got home around 10pm. I was too tired to squat but one day missed is one day more away from the body I want so no excuses!

I managed to finish all 70 squats in 20 minutes but I have to admit some were sloppy (I was trying to complete it before my mom got out of the shower so I can use the bathroom lol).
