arms, chest, shoulders, abs,

I worked out my upper body today. I really hate doing arms because I have almost no strength :(




chest press (20 lbs)                                      inclined chest press (25 lbs)

lateral raises (15 lbs)                                 triceps push down (20 lbs)

I concluded the workout with ab exercises. I did inclined crunches, russian twists (with two pound weights) and leg raises.

I really need to start doing more cardio. Today was the pacer test at school and I only did 18 laps. I SUK :C

Some good shit right here. Delicious and organic! I also love the mini paragraphs on the bottle.

Class goes by quickly this semester. I really like my schedule and classes are bearable. I get out early too! I chilled with Colin after school and I dropped him off to class to his college afterwards. 

Since no one checked for IDs, I went to the campus with him and walked him to his class. The inside of the building looked just like high school's. The halls were similar but the classrooms were a lot smaller with better and cleaner desks :O

I did more exercises but I forgot I'm just so tired. I have absolutely no strength in my upper body.
Salmon w/ avocado and celery bagel sandwich and veggie fries!

Delicious and also healthy, salmon is a good source of protein. 







I didn't feel like working out today. I had only four hours of sleep and mann I just wasn't in the mood...

Ab workout!

I woke up early today and MANN WAS I SORE AF.

I thought I didn't work as hard yesterday but apparently I did c:

Anyway, since I was up and about, I decided to cook for once lol. I decided to make spaghetti napolitan, one of my favorite dishes to make!

What I thought would take 15 min to make, took me an hour. It was really good though (duhh cus I cooked it) but the noodles were a bit hard. 

I'm always scared that I overcook food that sometimes I undercook it :c

I did pilates afterwards. When I'm not at the gym, I'm at home doing pilates (sometimes).

  • Leg presses (45 lbs on each side)
  • Lunges w/ 10 lb weights
  • Seated leg curls (70 lbs)
  • Leg extensions (55 lbs)
  • Butt blaster (20 lbs)
  • Calf raises (started with 40 then 90 lbs)
I nearly fell in the locker room because my legs gave out lol. I feel gr8 though!

Hungry af but I'm too lazy and tired to cook so I'm drinking my protein shake and eating my protein bar (which tastes like shit). Why are most protein stuff chocolate?

Chest, arms, and abs


I mostly did chest presses but I also did arm and ab exercises. 

I worked out my triceps and biceps which were fairly simple but I had a hard time doing abs. They cramp up every time I lay back. It even hurts while doing leg raises :C 

It has been almost a month since I've worked out and I've lost five pounds! I'm actually trying to gain weight but as long as I'm becoming more fit it's all good~

Current Weight: 115 lbs | Goal weight: 130 lbs

Lobster lover's dream ♥

Colin tried lobster for the first time today!

After hours of shopping, we were so hungry and tired that even the menus made us drool =p=;;

Appetizers! Lobster pizza, caesar salads, New England clam chowder and unlimited free biscuits!

Red lobster has the BEST biscuits I have tasted in my entire life. The outside is crisp and the inside is so soft and warm. Everything just melts in your mouth. We were having foodgasms lol! ♥

Our entire meal- I ordered a four course meal so it was like a feast. Colin ordered the 'Lobster Lover's dream' and I got the 'Habanero Coconut shrimp' which included the salad, soup, and a dessert. [instapic
Colin ordered the best dish. I have tried lobster many times but this was the best I've ever tasted! No wonder it was so expensive lol. It's Colin's first time trying lobster and fortunately he has tried the best one. He now loves lobster and it's his favorite seafood ;3;

On the other hand, my Habanero shrimp wasn't that great. The grilled shrimp was great but the coconut one was so sweet that it was extremely hard to stomach. I dislike it when the natural taste of seafood is masked by strong sauces :c

I was so full like legit that I thought I was gonna hurl lmao. But dessert arrived- caramel cheesecake! It was delicious. After that, I was even more full like I had to get out of there and get some fresh air u_u;;

It was the most mouthwatering and appetizing meal (despite the shrimp) but it was also the most expensive. Almost $100 for only two people!! 

Well we were completely satisfied when we left. We were also tired because we shopped all day. Gym tomorrow! Gonna do chest exercises for the first time ^u^

Biceps, abs, and lower half are still sore. The Bally's manager called me to take the Best Start workout program (which is basically a workout with the gym staff to see if I'm going at the right path). I don't want to do it; I tried declining but he kept persuading me. In the end, he signed me up for tomorrow sighh :( 

Tomorrow is chest day thoughh and I might be still sore the next day...

Leg day: My favorite day ♥

Outer thigh abductor and inner thigh adductor (45 lbs)


Sumo deadlifts (55 lbs). 
I'm not good at deadlifts but this variation is easier than stiff left deadlifts. Colin did 315 lbs lmao I'm so weak :c

Leg press (60, 70, then 90 lbs)
Knee extensions (70 lbs)
Seated leg curls (70 lbs)
Powerline glute (20 lbs)
My favorite workout because it targets the glutes! I think I made too much noise during this exercise lol u__u;;

Seated calf raises (40 then 70 lbs).

So exhausted! Stretch marks are becoming a lot more visible on my left glute. I can't wait to see myself one month from now. Arm and chest day tomorrow (if it stops snowing)!

Back, Abs and Biceps


I went to the gym with Colin to work out my abs, biceps and lats. I feel so pathetic for not being able to curl 5lbs lmao. I really need to work out on my biceps more :(

For lats, I did cable pull downs and bent dumbbell rows (10 and 20 lbs).

For biceps, I did simple curls which I totally sucked at. I have like 0 strength in my arms lmao. I can't even close the window in Colin's room!

For abs, I did crunches on an inclined bench with 5 lbs weights. Then I did russian twists with weights as well. I completed my workout doing leg raises on a parallel bar.

keep going ♪

I haven't worked out in three days due to the shit weather in New York. All the snow makes it incredibly difficult to walk to the gym. I seriously despise winter. The other only reason skip a day of exercise is because I am too sore to move.

Although it's only the second day of the semester, I already cut my first two classes lmao. My mom thought it would be too dangerous so my dad drove me to school to third period along with my bro

It's been approximately half a month since I've worked out. Changes are slowly showing. Stretch marks on the sides of my butt are becoming more visible and spreading. When my hands travel down the arch of my back, I can finally feel the rise of my butt. It's GR8. My thighs are getting toner as well! ^u^

I've been mostly doing leg exercises. I plan on doing more ab exercises now. My stomach only looks good when I flex it ;u; 
I kinda stopped doing the squat challenge because I realized no matter how many air squats you do, you won't gain any muscle (at least, barely). Yes, it gives you more endurance but it won't make you any gains. It takes a lot more than just air squats to give you a nice booty.

Perfect example.

I was supposed to go to the gym today but it snowed, sleeted, and then rained. The ground was frozen due to the snow from Monday, then covered with a fresh blanket of snow. But now the snow is all slush and there are huge puddles everything. I didn't want to walk to the gym in this weather :c

Each day I don't exercise, I feel like I'm wasting my life. I could be using the time I waste laying on my bed to work for a better body. Well, I'm going to the gym tomorrow no matter what! ab and back workouts leggoo~

Embarrassing story: The teacher in one of my classes was absent so I slept throughout the period. I had a dream I was eating noodles but I woke up realizing I was only slurping air. I really hope no one saw  that =p=;; *facepalm*

✿ First day of spring semester~ ✿

FINALLY. THE LAST SEMESTER OF HIGH SCHOOL

I love my schedule, it's so perfect
  1. All my classes are on one side of the building so I don't have to fight my way through the crowd to get to the other side of the building.
  2. The most 'useless' classes: emergency medical training and gym are my last two classes which means I can cut them!
  3. I was put to fitness gym although I chose regular gym. It's great since I've been working out, I can use this class to my advantage as well! Also, I had the gym teacher before and he knows his shiet
  4. NO LUNCH!
  5. Only five classes (not including gym). I get out 12pm.
Anyway, I was to report to school at 9am and then start my classes on my third period class. I did well on my report card btw ^u^

Third period: Economics! There were a lot of familiar faces since we were all seniors. Teacher came like ten minutes late. He seems very easy-going. Homework counts the most (40% of the grade) and we get hw once a week!

Fourth period: Precalc! Familiar faces again; ma sonn is in my class whaddup. This may be my sleeping period but this class is probably the one I need to pay attention in the most.

Fifth period: Emergency Medical Training. I usually sleep this period but I heard there are a lot of notes I have to take in this class. Also, I might cut this class so I have to find a nakama (One Piece ref. I've watched 100+ ep in four days lml) so I can get notes from them lmao but I don't know anyone in that class :c

Sixth period: Fitness gym! Found a few people I knew, gym buddies!

And yeahh, that's my day so far. All my teachers seem really nice and easy going. I still have to find other nakamas in my other classes lmao. Tomorrow is a full day of class. I wonder how my first two classes would be like.

I want to make this semester the most.
I'll do well in my classes
do my homework at home (I have to anyway now that I don't have a lunch period lmao)
study
cut no more than three times per marking period (except in gym I can't cut more than 15 lool)
be in school on time

Last semester of high school..

  • filling out delaney cards for the last time
  • signing class contracts for the last time
  • getting assigned seats for the last time
There may be a possible snow day tomorrow though...supposedly gonna go to the gym after school to do abs and back. 
I was supposed to go on Monday too but it snowed so hard. I even woke up at 6am and went to Flatbush while is snowed like crazy. But the snow made it too difficult to get to the gym since it's a ten minute walk and the sidewalks and roads weren't even shoveled.

I haven't worked out in three days...I crave to exercise although my body is still sore from squats. Ughh, I just want to get the body I want asap mann

Lash extensions

It's been nearly two months since I've had my lash extensionsMy lashes aren't as visible now because most of them fell.

Some lashes are longer than others because the real lashes are growing out. You can see gaps between my lashes.

Having lash extensions can be a nuisance especially for those who wear glasses (aka me). The long lashes make it difficult to wear glasses since it pokes the lens. 
 Also, you can't wet your lashes or the glue will wear off. You can't touch it or pick at it either. For the first three weeks, I was completely careful but after that I didn't even care anymore. 

Regardless, they still stayed on so I'm surprised. I didn't expect them to stay on for more than two weeks! =w=)b
